These terms apply to purchases made through legendsandlore.net and in our physical store at 227 West Emmitt Ave, STE 2, Waverly, OH 45690.

Product availability & pricing

All items are subject to availability. We make every effort to keep prices and stock accurate, but errors can happen — if we discover a pricing or listing error after you order, we'll contact you before completing the sale.

Sales tax

Ohio sales tax (currently 7.25% for our location) is applied to all taxable orders shipped within Ohio, in accordance with state law.

Payment

Online payment isn't live yet. This section will describe accepted payment methods once checkout is enabled.

Shipping

Orders are shipped from our Waverly, OH location, typically within 1–2 business days of purchase. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Order acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, in cases of suspected fraud or a pricing error). We'll notify you if we're unable to fulfill your order.

Condition & grading

We describe card and collectible condition to the best of our ability. Grading is inherently subjective outside of third-party graded (slabbed) items; we are not responsible for differences of opinion on ungraded card condition, only for accurately describing visible flaws we're aware of at the time of listing.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legends & Lore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
